When calling a Daemon via pathworking, do I need to cast a protection circle before that or once I do the pathworking of Raziel I can go straight to pathworking of the desire Daemon?
You do not need to perform any protective ritual, but you can if you like. Demons do not actually attack and are not evil. Raziel is also there to ensure you are safe as well.
